Jose Iturrios, a student at Highland and RamTv president, was born in Celis Culiacan Sinaloa, Mexico. His family and himself are first generation Americans. He moved here with his parents in the summer of 2012. Celis is one of the biggest cities in Sinaloa. In Mexico Jose enjoyed a lot of great foods like carne asada, aguachile and ceviche. He also spent his time playing soccer in the rain with his friends. The people in the south appear more “fashionable”, and in the South where Jose lived, “We speak like cowboys”
