Highland’s orchestra, along with other schools, performed together for the fall season. The schools that performed include Century and Pocatello High School, but the middle schools Alameda, Franklin, and Hawthorne also joined in. June Johnson, a freshman at Highland High School that plays the violin for the Highland, gave some more information on the details. She said that Highland, along with the other high schools, played the songs “Concerto Grosso”, “Three Knight’s Quest”, and “Rosin Eating Zombies From Outer Space”. When it came to the performance, June said, “The high school was great!” However, when it came to the younger kids she thought that they could practice more. Overall, the gym was packed, and the performance was a great way to end the night.
