If you’re reading this on your phone, take a moment to look at those around you. Odds are, they’re on their phones too.

Do you blame them? Over the past decade or so, smartphones and cell phones have become an extended part of the self.

A study from 2017 found that the mere presence of your cell phone damages cognitive capacity even if the device is on silent (no ringing or vibrations).

I am be reviewing is phones because they are used on a day-to-day basis, but not everyone has one.

I would recommend this electronic to people who love phones and all the accessories that come with the phone. Along with mostly teenagers because they are getting to that point where they are growing up and want social media to influence themselves and others.

This item met my expectation is because 5 billion people have phones and use them on a day-to-day basis.

I think someone should go about purchasing or even having access to this product is to be safe and not search up things that are bad or have social media. Be safe about your choices.

I think that you shouldn’t be on your phone 24/7 because studies show that the more blue light you get from your phone screen, the less sleep you get too.
